NorthStarNews.com has endorsed President Barack Obama for re-election and we are encouraging our readers to vote for him on Election Day. There are a few things you can do to help increase voter turnout and help the President win a second term to office.

This weekend, send e-mail to all of your contacts encouraging them to vote for the President

Call friends in key states – Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Michigan – and urge them to vote for the President

Contact family members and make sure they vote on Election Day. Offer family members who live near you a ride to the polls on Election Day

Make sure elderly neighbors, church members and friends have a ride to the polls on Election Day

Call and e-mail your friends throughout Election Day and remind them to vote
